Rotisserie Style Chicken is a dish which many don't try at home. But it is very simple to make it at home. Chef David Bishop shows how to do it. His recipe is as good as the traditional method. Rotisserie Style Chicken made by the Chef has same flavor as the traditional one and is so fork tender.
  Whole chicken 6 Pound
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Liquid smoke seasoning 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1. Mix brown sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder in a bowl.
2. In a bowl, mix liquid smoke, butter. Coat chicken in this mixture.
3. Rub the dry seasoning oven the chicken and inside the cavity.
4. Marinate the chicken for at least 3 hours.
5. Line a baking dish with foil. Place three foil rolls.
6. Put chicken over it.
7. Bake it for 1 1/2 hour to 1 3/4 hours.
8. Slice the chicken. Serve it with some rice and salad.
