Sweet And Spicy Chicken
|Apricot preserves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|French dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Packed brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Broiler fryer chicken||5 Pound, cut up (Two 2 1/2 Pound Each)|
Preheat grill for 10 minutes.
In small bowl, blend all ingredients except chicken.
Grill chicken at LOW with hood closed until meat near bone is no longer pink, 35 to 45 minutes, turning pieces over and rearranging frequently.
Brush with sauce during last 15 to 20 minutes of grilling.
