Ingredients
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Each)
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 1 Small, finely chopped
  Red pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned whole tomatoes 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Hot cooked rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Cut chicken breast halves into Winch strips.
Mix chicken and remaining ingredients except rice in 1 1/2 -quart casserole; break up tomatoes.
Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; stir.
Cover loosely and microwave until chicken is done, 4 to 5 minutes longer.
