Glazed Cornish Hens
|Cornish game hens||2 , cut in half (skinned)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash Cornish hens; pat dry.
On a rack in a roasting pan place Cornish hens.
In a small bowl combine corn syrup, mustard, curry powder and garlic; mix well.
Brush Cornish hens with corn syrup mixture.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
