Quick Sesame Ginger Chicken
|Sesame seeds||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, toasted|
|Grated gingerroot||1 Tablespoon|
|Low sodium soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Skinned boned chicken breast halves||24 Ounce, six four ounce|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
1 .Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
2. Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap, and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Brush half of soy sauce mixture over chicken, coating both sides.
3. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals. Place chicken on rack, and grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is done, turning and basting frequently with remaining soy sauce mixture.
