Grilled Deviled Chicken
|Chicken portions||1 1⁄4 Pound, skinned (625 Gram)|
|French mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
Place the chicken portions in a shallow ovenproof dish.
Mix together the mustard, ginger, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and lemon juice.
Use the mixture to coat the chicken portions and leave to marinate for several hours, turning occasionally in the marinade.
Place the chicken portions under a preheated grill or on a barbecue, not too close to the coals.
Allow 15-20 minutes on each side, although the cooking time may be shorter if you do this on an outside barbecue.
