|For seasoning sauce|
|Coriander||2 Ounce, chopped (60 Gram)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Pinch|
|Sesame oil||2 Teaspoon|
Discard the hard gristle on the gizzards and simmer them in water for 20 minutes.
Drain and slice.
Deep-fry the slices for 30 seconds, and drain well.
Warm the sesame oil in a frying-pan and add the seasoning sauce.
Stir well and add the gizzard slices.
Make sure they are well coated in the sauce and serve.
