|Cornflour||3 Tablespoon (For Coating)|
|White sesame seeds||3 Tablespoon (For Coating)|
Cut the chicken into about 20 even-sized pieces, 4x4 x 1 cm (1 1/2 x 1 1/2 x 1/2 in).
Marinate for 20 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of cornflour, taking care to break down lumps and to cover all the chicken pieces.
Roll each chicken piece in the coating mixture.
Deep-fry the sesame-covered pieces of chicken over a moderate heat until they are golden brown about 2 minutes.
Drain and serve.
