Slivered Chicken And Walnuts

Ingredients
  Cooking sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole chicken breast 1 Pound, boned and skinned (1 Piece)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Walnut halves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Medium, seeded and cut into 1 inch squares
  Finely minced fresh ginger/1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare cooking sauce; set aside.
Cut chicken into thin strips; mix with soy and cornstarch and set aside.
Heat oil over medium-high heat in a wok or wide frying pan; add nuts and cook, stirring, until brown; remove with slotted spoon.
Add chicken to oil; cook, stirring, until opaque (about 16 minutes); lift out.
Add pepper and ginger; cook, stirring, until pepper is bright green.
Add chicken and cooking sauce; cook, stirring, until thick (about 1 minute); add nuts and serve.
