Crispy Herbed Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken pieces 2 Pound, skinned (6 Pieces)
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh basil/2 teaspoons dried basil 4 Teaspoon
  Fresh thyme/2 teaspoons dried thyme 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Fresh oregano/1 teaspoon dried oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Fresh tarragon/1 teaspoon dried tarragon 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Warm water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Rinse chicken under cold running water; pat dry.
In a lightly greased shallow roasting pan place chicken in a single layer.
In a small jar combine flour, basil, thyme, salt, oregano, tarragon, paprika and pepper.
Cover and shake well.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons herb-seasoned flour mixture on chicken.
Store remaining herb-seasoned flour in the covered jar at room temperature.
Pour warm water down side of pan; do not pour on chicken.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender, basting with pan juices occasionally.
