Chicken Breasts with Lime
|Mediterranean marinade||400 Milliliter (1 3/4 Cup, Store Bought)|
|Boneless chicken breasts||1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)|
|Green onion||1 , sliced|
In a large bowl, pour the marinade over the chicken breasts.
Add the green onion and let marinate for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Grill on the barbecue for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the breasts.
Baste with the marinade while cooking.
Accompany with sliced potatoes, grilled in aluminum foil.
