Stir Fried Chicken With Bean Sprouts
|Vegetable stock||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Chicken breast||1⁄4 Pound, skinned and shredded (110 Grams, Fresh Ones)|
|Bean sprouts||1 Pound, roots removed (450 Grams)|
|Dry sherry||2 Teaspoon|
|Salt reduced soy sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
1. Heat stock in a non-stick pan. Add chicken strips and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add bean sprouts. Cook covered 2 minutes. Blend cornstarch, sherry, sugar and soy sauce. Stir in to thicken. Serve at once.
2 Serve garnished with green onion shreds.
