Stir Fried Chicken With Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
  Vegetable stock 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Chicken breast 1⁄4 Pound, skinned and shredded (110 Grams, Fresh Ones)
  Bean sprouts 1 Pound, roots removed (450 Grams)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt reduced soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

1. Heat stock in a non-stick pan. Add chicken strips and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add bean sprouts. Cook covered 2 minutes. Blend cornstarch, sherry, sugar and soy sauce. Stir in to thicken. Serve at once.
2 Serve garnished with green onion shreds.
