Oven Fried Chicken

  Frying chicken 2 Pound, cut into pieces
  Corn flake crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rosemary leaves/1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon

Combine corn flake crumbs, salt, pepper and rosemary.
In shallow bowl, combine egg and lemon juice; beat slightly.
Dip chicken in egg mixture; then coat with crumb mixture.
Place skin-side up in ungreased baking pan.
Fry, uncovered, at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours'until chicken is done. (Crumbs adhere best if chicken is not turned during baking.)
