Oven Fried Chicken
|Frying chicken||2 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Corn flake crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Rosemary leaves/1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Combine corn flake crumbs, salt, pepper and rosemary.
In shallow bowl, combine egg and lemon juice; beat slightly.
Dip chicken in egg mixture; then coat with crumb mixture.
Place skin-side up in ungreased baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours'until chicken is done. (Crumbs adhere best if chicken is not turned during baking.)
