Sesame Grilled Chicken
|Skinless chicken fillets||2|
|Sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Carrot||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Ground cloves||1 Pinch|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix together the marinade ingredients.
Arrange the chicken fillets on a flat dish and pour over the marinade.
Let sit at least 1 hour.
Preheat the broiler to high.
Place the chicken on foil, brush with the marinade and broil for 5 minutes.
Turn and brush with more marinade and broil another 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Turn off the broiler, brush the chicken with more marinade, shake sesame seeds over and leave under the turned-off broiler for a few minutes before serving.
Slice fillets and serve with rice.
