Spicy Garlic Chicken
|Drumsticks||1 3⁄4 Kilogram (12 In Number)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
|Grated fresh ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Hoisin sauce||80 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Light soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry sherry||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Sambal oelek||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
1. Combine chicken and marinade in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Cook chicken in heated large non-stick frying pan, brushing with marinade, until well browned and cooked through.
3. Serve with herbed rice, if desired.
