Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Ham and Cheese
|Chicken breasts||4 , boneless and skinless|
|Finely chopped fresh ginger||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Gruyere cheese slice||4|
|Vegetable oil||2 Fluid Ounce (In Sufficient Quantity)|
|Lemon||1 , sliced|
With a knife, slice the chicken breasts to form pockets.
Season and perfume with ginger.
Stuff each breast with a slice of ham and cheese.
Close and secure with a toothpick.
Brush the chicken with oil.
Place on the barbecue and grill for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Remove the toothpicks and serve garnished with slices of lemon.
