Chicken Breasts Stuffed With Ham And Cheese

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 4 , boneless and skinless
  Finely chopped fresh ginger 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Ham slice 4
  Gruyere cheese slice 4
  Vegetable oil 2 Fluid Ounce (In Sufficient Quantity)
  Lemon 1 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

With a knife, slice the chicken breasts to form pockets.
Season and perfume with ginger.
Stuff each breast with a slice of ham and cheese.
Close and secure with a toothpick.
Brush the chicken with oil.
Place on the barbecue and grill for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Remove the toothpicks and serve garnished with slices of lemon.
