Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Cooking spray 1
  Chicken thighs 2 Pound, skinned (8 Thighs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped
Directions

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in an 11- x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; stir well. Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning chicken occasionally.
2. Preheat oven to 425°.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over chicken. Bake at 425° for 40 minutes or until chicken is done, basting chicken occasionally.
