Roast Chicken Eastern Style

Ingredients
  Chicken 5 Pound (2.5 Kilogram)
  Crushed garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Crushed green ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Wash and dry chicken.
Blend garlic, ginger, soy sauce and oil.
Brush cavity and outside of chicken with marinade.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) basting several times till golden brown.
