Barbecued Fried Chicken

Ingredients
  Fryer chicken 3 1⁄2 Pound, cut up
  Salad oil/Fat 4 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Bottled thick meat sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Catchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Wash the fryer, and dry slightly.
You may reserve backbone, neck and wing tips for chicken broth.
Heat the salad oil in a skillet; then add the remaining pieces of chicken, and brown on all sides over high heat.
Remove chicken to a shallow baking pan; then pour over it the remaining ingredients, which have been mixed together.
Bake uncovered in a moderate oven of 350ºF for 1 hr., or until the chicken is tender, basting every 10 min with the sauce in the pan.
Then place in a broiler oven which has been preheated or not depending upon manufacturer's directions, and allow to brown slightly, taking care that it does not burn.
Remove to a hot platter, pouring the remaining; sauce over the chicken to serve.
