Whirlybird Roast Chickens

Ingredients
  Bread stuffing 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Packaged Variety)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted (1 Stick)
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Broiler fryer chicken 2
  Currant jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
Directions

1. Prepare stuffing mix with 1/3 cup of the melted butter or margarine and water, as label directs.
2. Stuff neck and body cavities of chickens lightly; skewer neck skin to body; tie legs tightly to tail.
3. Place chickens on spit, brush with remaining melted butter or margarine. Set spit in position over hot coals; start rotisserie.
4. Roast, for 1 hour; brush with melted jelly. Continue roasting, brushing often with more jelly, 15 minutes longer, or until chickens are tender and richly glazed.
