|Chicken drummettes||2 Pound|
|Olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemons juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||10 Clove (50 gm), pressed|
|Flat leaf parsley||1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped|
|Dried rosemary||1 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
Combine all the ingredients in a non corrosive bowl.
Let marinate for 1 hour or more.
Heat a grill until very hot.
Place the drummettes on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning constandy.
They should become nicely charred from the olive oil in the marinade. (If you do not like them charred, lower the heat to medium.)
