3 Cup (48 tbs)
Rub some salt all over the chicken. If you prefer to use the whole chicken, make sure you also put salt on the inside.
On your steamer, put about 3 cups of water, 1/2 cup of fish sauce, and 1 tsp of black pepper. Let it boil.
Once its boiling, steam the chicken for at least 20 minutes.
After that, let it cool down.
Once it cooled down, put some fish sauce all over the chicken.
Heat some cooking oil. Make sure its really hot.
Then deep fry the chicken. Once its golden brown, then you know its ready.
