Crumb Fried Chicken
This crumb fried chicken recipe is one that I love. It is a favorite with my husband and daughter as well. This is an extremely simple and easy to make crispy chicken coated with crumbs. It can be served both as a snack or can be included as part of the menu.
|Breadcrumbs/Powdered cornflakes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Enough To Coat)|
|Refined flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Ginger garlic paste||1 Tablespoon|
Wash and clean the chicken. Marinate in a mixture of ginger-garlic paste, flour, egg, salt and pepper. Let marinate for atleast an hour. Roll on breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden brown.

StoryI find this crumb fried chicken very easy, yummy and done in minutes. I like to use powdered cornflakes for coating the chicken as they turn out very crisp and is also healthy. This chicken marinated in ginger garlic paste, flour and egg mixture rolled on bread crumbs and deep fried is simply mouth-watering.
