Mid Winter Bbq Chicken
|Mild salsa||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), drained|
|Ketchup||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Boneless skinless chicken breast halves||1 1⁄2 Pound|
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In Classsic 2-Qt Batter Bowl, combine salsa, ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
Add chicken breasts and toss to coat well.
Place chicken in Deep Dish Baker and pour excess sauce over top.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
