Ham Chicken Bake

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Enriched flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Light cream/Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced ham 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)
  Diced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned broiled sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce (1 Can)
  Poultry seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Yam biscuits/Biscuits rolls 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook onion and celery in butter till tender but not brown; blend in flour.
Stir in broth and light cream all at once; cook and stir till sauce comes to boil.
Add ham, chicken, mushrooms, and seasonings; heat through.
Pour into ungreased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Top hot mixture with Yam Biscuits (or prepare Biscuit Rolls).
Bake at 350° 30 to 35 minutes or till biscuits are done and casserole is hot.
