Skillet Chicken Livers
|Chicken livers||1 Pound|
|Melted butter/Margarine / fat / salad oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bottled thick meat sauce||2 Teaspoon|
Saute chicken livers in the butter until browned.
Remove livers, and add the flour to fat in skillet, blending well.
Stir in water, and heat until thickened, while stirring.
Add meat sauce and salt, then the chicken livers.
