Oven Fried Chicken
|Chicken parts||6 1⁄2 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fine Ones)|
|All-purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
Have chicken parts mixed, dark and light meat.
Cut chicken breasts in 4 pieces or 3 if breasts are small.
Mix crumbs, salt, pepper and paprika together.
Dredge chicken with flour.
Dip in milk and coat with crumb mixture.
Lay on baking pan skin side up.
Bake in 350° F (180°C) oven for about 1 hour or until tender.
Brush with melted butter immediately upon removal from oven.
