Stir Fried Chicken With Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
  Black pepper sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Lee Kum Kee, Divided)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Boneless chicken 3⁄4 Pound, cut into bite size pieces
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄4 Pound, cut into bite size pieces
  Red bell pepper 2 Ounce, cut into bite size pieces
  Pineapple chunks 1⁄4 Pound
Directions

1. Combine 1/4 cup Black Pepper Sauce and cornstarch in large bowl; add chicken. Marinate chicken 5 minutes.
2. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add onion and cook until fragrant. Add chicken and stir-fry 2 minutes.
3. Add bell pepper, pineapple and remaining 1/4 cup Black Pepper Sauce; cook until heated through.
