Stir Fried Chicken With Black Pepper Sauce
|Black pepper sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Lee Kum Kee, Divided)|
|Boneless chicken||3⁄4 Pound, cut into bite size pieces|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1⁄4 Pound, cut into bite size pieces|
|Red bell pepper||2 Ounce, cut into bite size pieces|
|Pineapple chunks||1⁄4 Pound|
1. Combine 1/4 cup Black Pepper Sauce and cornstarch in large bowl; add chicken. Marinate chicken 5 minutes.
2. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add onion and cook until fragrant. Add chicken and stir-fry 2 minutes.
3. Add bell pepper, pineapple and remaining 1/4 cup Black Pepper Sauce; cook until heated through.
