Yogurt Baked Chicken
|Skinless chicken pieces||2 1⁄2 Pound|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), cut|
|Plain unflavored yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned onion||4 Ounce, drained (Small Ones)|
|Minced fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Dry chicken pieces and rub with cut garlic clove.
Place in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350°F.
for 45 minutes or until tender.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; spoon over chicken.
Bake at 275°F.
for 20 minutes or until sauce is hot and bubbly.
