Easy Fried Chicken

This is a fast and easy fried chicken recipe.
Ingredients
  Brine solution 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Salt Water With Some Seasoning)
  Chicken breasts 8
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Marinate in a brine for 2 hours and then drain.

Mix egg and milk, soak the chicken in there.

Place chicken in an egg and milk mixture, drain.

Mix bread crumbs and flour with some seasonings in a polybag.

Coat the chicken with flour and bread crumbs and then fry for about 7 minutes.
