Cranberry Glazed Chicken
|Chicken||3 Pound (1 Chicken Disjointed)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned jellied cranberry sauce||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Combine butter, cranberry sauce.lemon juice and soy sauce in shallow baking pan.
Place in oven until butter and cranberry sauce are melted; stir to blend.
Arrange chicken in baking pan; cover.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Baste chicken frequently with sauce in pan.
