Story
I love Chinese food and so do my hubby and daughter. This Chinese chicken Manchurian recipe is one that I make very often at home. I like to pair it with a chicken hakka noodle or fried rice, some soy sauce and chilli in vinegar and my lip-smacking meal is ready.

As far as I know Chicken Manchurian is an indo-chinese fusion recipe. Although I have not tried the same with beef, I think there shouldn't be any harm experimenting. However, as you may know, this will definitely increase the cooking time (as cooking beef takes a little longer than chicken) and it will also affect the flavor of the dish.
