Creamed Chicken In Patty Shells

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Condensed cheddar cheese soup/Sauce/nacho cheese soup/dip 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded swiss cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pimento 3 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Canned chunk white chicken 10 Ounce, drained (Two 5 Ounce Cans)
  Frozen patty shells 4 , baked
Directions

1. Place onion in 2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover with lid; microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or until tender.
2. Stir in soup until smooth. Stir in cheese, milk, pimento and sherry. Gently fold in chicken. Cover; microwave on high 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking. Serve over patty shells.
