Creamed Chicken In Patty Shells
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup/Sauce/nacho cheese soup/dip||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pimento||3 Tablespoon|
|Dry sherry||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned chunk white chicken||10 Ounce, drained (Two 5 Ounce Cans)|
|Frozen patty shells||4 , baked|
1. Place onion in 2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover with lid; microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or until tender.
2. Stir in soup until smooth. Stir in cheese, milk, pimento and sherry. Gently fold in chicken. Cover; microwave on high 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking. Serve over patty shells.
