Chinese Bbq Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Minced ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 4 , minced
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Hoisin sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pork tenderloins 2 Pound (2 Pieces)
Directions

Combine the garlic, ginger, green onions, sherry, soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, ketchup, sugar, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
Trim the pork of all fat and silverskin.
Add the meat to the marinade, turning to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Rotate the pork, one on each spit rod, 30 to 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 150 to 155 degrees on the instant thermometer.
Slice on a diagonal to serve.
