Tart Baked Chicken

Lemons really add zip to your other foods. But they don't have to be used only as a garnish; there are some delicate recipes which we will share with you in this cookbook.
  Chicken legs 4 (Thighs And Drumsticks)
  Whole chicken breasts 2 , split into halves
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Fresh grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh squeezed lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Season chicken pieces with garlic salt, rubbing well into flesh. Sprinkle with paprika. Place in a shallow baking pan, skin-side down. Combine remaining ingredients; pour into chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for about 40 minutes.Turn chicken and continue baking, basting with pan drippings once or twice, until done, about 20 minutes. Garnish with snipped parsley, if desired. Serves 4.
