Quick Chicken Chop Suey
|Chopped celery||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Canned pimento||4 Ounce, chopped (1 Small Can)|
|Chicken with rice soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz)|
|Canned mushrooms||8 Ounce (1 Medium Can)|
|Uncooked rice/Instant rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole chicken breasts||2 , cooked, boned and diced|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted|
Saute celery and onions in butter in skillet until onions are transparent but not brown.
Combine pimento, soups, broth, mushrooms, rice and chicken.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Sprinkle almonds over each serving.
