Quick Chicken Chop Suey

Ingredients
  Chopped celery 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Canned pimento 4 Ounce, chopped (1 Small Can)
  Chicken with rice soup 2 Can (20 oz)
  Cream of mushroom soup 2 Can (20 oz)
  Chicken broth 1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz)
  Canned mushrooms 8 Ounce (1 Medium Can)
  Uncooked rice/Instant rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole chicken breasts 2 , cooked, boned and diced
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
Directions

Saute celery and onions in butter in skillet until onions are transparent but not brown.
Combine pimento, soups, broth, mushrooms, rice and chicken.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Sprinkle almonds over each serving.
