|Soft bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (3 Slices)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Jumbo shrimp||24 , cooked, shelled and deveined|
|Spicy barbecue dip||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Make chicken wings: Combine flour, the 1 tablespoon salt, paprika, and pepper in plastic bag; add 2 or 3 wings at a time and shake to coat.
Melt butter in 15x10x1-inch pan.
Place wings in pan, turning once to butter surface.
Bake in 375° oven for 1 hour.
Makes 4 dozen.
Meanwhile make meatballs: Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, eggs, and the 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
Mix lightly but thoroughly.
Shape into 4 dozen small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place in 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Brown in 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen meatballs.
