Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken wings 2 Dozen, tips removed and broken at joint
  Butter/Margarine 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (3 Slices)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Jumbo shrimp 24 , cooked, shelled and deveined
  Spicy barbecue dip 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Make chicken wings: Combine flour, the 1 tablespoon salt, paprika, and pepper in plastic bag; add 2 or 3 wings at a time and shake to coat.
Melt butter in 15x10x1-inch pan.
Place wings in pan, turning once to butter surface.
Bake in 375° oven for 1 hour.
Makes 4 dozen.
Meanwhile make meatballs: Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, eggs, and the 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
Mix lightly but thoroughly.
Shape into 4 dozen small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place in 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Brown in 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen meatballs.
