Lemon Dill Chicken
|Skinless boneless chicken breast halves||1 1⁄2 Pound, pounded|
|Dry white wine/Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried dill weed/1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , thinly sliced|
|Green onions||2 , sliced (With Tops)|
1. Place margarine in rectangular dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches. Microwave uncovered on high 20 to 30 seconds or until melted.
2. Arrange chicken breast halves, thickest parts to outside edges, in margarine. Cover tightly and microwave 4 minutes.
3. Mix wine, lemon juice, dill weed and salt; pour over chicken. Place lemon on chicken. Cover tightly and microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until juices run clear. Let stand covered 5 minutes; sprinkle with onions.
