Persian Chicken

Ingredients
  Canned sliced peaches 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken breast halves 6
  Mandarin oranges 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Puree peaches in blender or press through sieve.
Combine peaches, peach syrup, lemon juice and butter.
Arrange chicken on rack in broiler pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil chicken about 6 inches from source of heat for 30 minutes or until tender.
Baste chicken with peach glaze at 5-minute intervals; turn chicken once during cooking.
Combine remaining peach glaze and oranges in saucepan.
Bring to a boil; pour over chicken.
