Ingredients
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chicken 1⁄2 Pound, cut into cubes)
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Celery stalks 2
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Red bell pepper 1
  Dried hot chillies 8
  Chicken stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Liquid cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Take a wok and add 2 cups of cooking oil to it. Set heat on high. Add the chicken pieces and deep fry for about 2 minutes. Set aside.
Take another wok. Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil, garlic, celery, onion, red bell pepper and dried hot chillies. Stir. Add chicken stock. Stir fry for about a minute. Add the chicken pieces. Add vinegar, soy sauce, rice cooking oil, Add the liquid cornstarch. Stir till the sauce thickens. Serve.
