Oven Fried Chicken Parmesan

  Soft fresh bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), peeled and minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted (1 Stick)
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut into serving pieces (1 Whole)

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Butter a 13"x9"x2" baking dish. In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place the melted butter in another shallow bowl. Dip the chicken into the butter, then roll the pieces in the crumb mixture and put them into the baking dish.
2. Pour the remaining butter evenly over the chicken and bake, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally with the pan juices. Serve with broccoli.
