Oven Fried Chicken Imperial
|Bread crumbs/Corn flake crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Frying chicken||1 , disjointed|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken into butter; roll in crumb mixture, coating well.
Arrange chicken in single layer in shallow baking dish; pour any remaining butter over chicken.
Bake for 1 hour or until tender.
