Baked Golden Glazed Chicken

|Bone in chicken breasts||4|
|Liquid honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
Spread onions in bottom of greased 13- by 9-in (3.5 L) glass baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange chicken breasts on top (remove skin first if you like); sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In small bowl, combine honey, mustard, lemon juice, oil and curry powder until well blended. Pour over chicken. (Recipe can be prepared ahead of time up to this point. Refrigerate, covered, up to 8 hours.)
Bake, uncovered, in 375F (190C) oven 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside, basting 2 or 3 times during cooking.
