Chicken A La King
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh sliced mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Undiluted)|
|Chopped pimento||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked cubed chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hot rice/Toast / biscuits||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Microwave butter in a 4-cup glass measure at HIGH 45 seconds.
Add green pepper and mushrooms.
Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes, stirring once.
Add soup, pimiento, sugar, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes.
Stir in chicken.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn after 2 1/2 minutes of microwaving.
