Chicken Zucchini

  Whole chicken breasts 2
  Sliced zucchini 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken bouillon granules 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2
  Seasoned croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Bone chicken breasts.
Cut into bite-size pieces.
Place in 2-quart casserole.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Add zucchini, onion, garlic, flour, bouillon granules, salt, and thyme.
Blend well.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave, covered, at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir once or twice during microwaving.
Cut tomatoes in wedges.
Arrange over cooked chicken.
Microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until tomatoes are heated.
Garnish with croutons to serve.
