Chicken With Mustard And Herbs
|Boneless chicken breasts||16 Ounce, skinned, all visible fat removed (4 Breasts, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Herb seasoning||1 Tablespoon (For Salads)|
|Lemon pepper seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon (Acceptable)|
|Spicy brown mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350Â° F.
Place chicken breasts in a baking pan.
Mix remaining ingredients together to make a paste.
Thickly and evenly spread it over top of each chicken breast.
Bake 20 minutes, or just until meat has turned white throughout.
