Chicken Liver Hot Pot

Ingredients
  Side bacon slices 4 , diced
  Chicken livers 1 Pound, halved
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Scalloped potato mix/Au gratin / romanoff potato mix 6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package, 5 3/4 Ounce To 6 1/2 Ounce)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute bacon until clear.
Add chicken livers, onion and thyme.
Stir-fry until onion turns golden.
Pour half the dried potato slices into a 1-quart bake dish.
Cover with the chicken-liver mixture.
Sprinkle with pepper, remaining potato slices and pouch of dry seasoning.
Add water and follow baking directions
