|Frozen orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)|
|Lime juice/Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Bananas||2 , sliced|
|Chopped cashew/Chopped macadamia nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut larger pieces of chicken in half for uniform size.
Arrange skin side up in 2-quart (12 x 7) baking dish.
Combine juice concentrate, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon and lime juice.
Pour over chicken.
Cook covered with wax paper, 28 minutes or until chicken is done, spooning sauce over chicken during last half of cooking time.
Add bananas and nuts.
Cook uncovered, 1 minute, 30 seconds.
