Simple Chicken Livers

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 3⁄4 Pound
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Dredge livers in flour mixed with salt, pepper and oregano.
Heat oil in skillet.
Add livers; fry 10 minutes, turning frequently.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top before serving.
