Stuffed Bantams

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 8 , boned but each left in one piece
  Salt To Taste
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Beaten egg 1
  Packaged herb seasoned stuffing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned crab meat 7 Ounce, drained and flaked (1 can)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Kitchen bouquet 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Sprinkle inside of chicken breasts with salt and monosodium glutamate.
Top with filling made of mixture of egg, herb-seasoned stuffing, 1/2 cup of the soup, the crab, and next 5 ingredients.
Skewer each "Bantam" closed.
Broil over hot coals 30 minutes or till tender, turning frequently.
Last 15 minutes, brush with Basting Sauce: Combine remaining soup with salad oil, kitchen bouquet, onion juice, and pepper.
